How this is judged, and what it does not mean
The rule used here. Mangal in the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 7th, 8th or 12th house, counted from the lagna and again from the Moon. Traditions differ — some count only from the lagna, some add Shukra as a third reference, some leave out the 2nd house. We state ours plainly rather than presenting one tradition as the only one.
Why the cancellations matter. On this rule roughly three charts in four show the placement somewhere. The classical cancellations — Mangal in its own rashi or exalted, Guru with or aspecting Mangal, and the sign-specific exemptions for each house — apply to well over half of those. They are part of the traditional reading, not a softening we added, and this page shows exactly which ones applied to your chart.
Without a birth time only the Moon side can be judged, because the lagna turns a full rashi about every two hours. The page says so rather than guessing.
What this is not. It is not a judgement about you, about anyone you might marry, or about whether a marriage should happen. It is where one graha stood at one moment, read by one classical rule. Take it to someone who knows your whole chart before it means anything.
